Shipping policy

Orders are shipped out on Thursdays, we apologize for any inconveniences as we are a small business and we have minimal shipping days at the moment. We offer Route shipping insurance on all orders to help insure order protection and liability - if any items are lost, stolen or damaged and the customer has un-added shipping insurance to their order - Bagatiba is not responsible for any liability when orders are handed off to the carrier.
